Weeks 4–8

We rebuild the foundations: chart of accounts, dimensions, close calendar, KPI library, and reporting structure. Every design decision is grounded in how your business actually operates.

Implement

Weeks 9–14

We work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to operate the new processes through two close cycles. Documentation, training, and hand-off built into every step.
